Zip code 78738 includes; Bee Cave and Bee Cave Galleria, Flintrock, Lake Pointe, Falcon Head, Homestead, Spanish Oaks, Uplands and Lake Travis along RR 620, has 308 active, 35 pending sales and 13 that have sold this June with 13+ months of absorption. 

The 78620, which is Dripping Springs, includes Belterra, Saddletree Ranch, West Cave Estates, Deer Creek, Dos, Lagos, Rim Rock, Sawyer Ranch, Polo Club, Nutty Brown Road, Hwy 290 West, Ranch Road 12, Hamilton Pool and out toward Henley, has 289 active listings, 67 pending sales and 15 sold in the month of June. That is with 16+ months of absorption. 

Speaking of south Austin from Oak Hill which includes; Circle C, Village at Western Oaks, Maple Run, Sendera, All along Escarpment Blvd., Slaughter Ln, FM 1826 and Mopac is doing great! You have 187 active homes for sale, 97 pending sales, and 20 sold properties in the month of June. This gives an average of 3+ months of inventory left.
