The 78620, which is Dripping Springs, includes Belterra, Saddletree Ranch, West Cave Estates, Deer Creek, Dos, Lagos, Rim Rock, Sawyer Ranch, Polo Club, Nutty Brown Road, Hwy 290 West, Ranch Road 12, Hamilton Pool and out toward Henley, has 289 active listings, 67 pending sales and 15 sold in the month of June.
